Grade II Listed Building
Conversion of a Grade II* Listed Building in to four two-bedroom apartments.
The apartments are accessed off a communal courtyard with a private gated entrance.
Each apartment enjoys it’s own individually designed private courtyard garden.
With parts of the building dating back to 1534 one of the challenges was to marry modern living expectations with the proportions of the historic rooms.
Alterations and interventions were carefully considered to minimise impact on the existing building fabric.
